Client was undergoing migration from PeopleSoft to Workday®. Zencon was contracted to manage the Workday® Integrations workstream to oversee the scope of work, manage the development and testing of integrations – from requirements to end to end testing and oversee the activities of Client’s and Implementation Partner resources. In addition to that, we provided strategic direction for executing and managing various phases of testing all the way to deployment so that the project never steered off-course.
We were contracted to implement a global HR and payroll solution (Workday®) with the goal to replace several of client’s existing systems for Core HR, Payroll, Time and Absence, Recruiting and On-boarding and Talent and Performance. This significant program was part of client’s HR2020 vision as part of HR Transformation and included other programs such as implementing ServiceNow and Global Payroll and was implemented in two waves. Deployed a team of Zencon consultants to work in various areas of this strategic program namely Integrations, Conversions, Security, Configurations and Project Management. Helped client set up and implement a PMO organization and policies that adhered to enterprise standards as well as satisfying Internal Audit requirements. We partnered with the client resources and directed all phases of the global Workday® HRIS implementation from inception, kickoff, needs analyses, conversion, application testing and change management.
Zencon had provided services within Accounts Payable group to build few integrations, configuration and security to support the Workday® Finance platform for a leading departmental store in US.
Zencon consultants were contracted to manage a portfolio of digital projects with a budget >$6MM for this client, headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Projects included web-based and mobile applications as well as infrastructure upgrades that used Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Zencon was contracted to manage a portfolio of upgrades of the end user technologies by a global Swiss-based bank. Responsible for the execution of a global communication and collaboration transformation program replacing world-wide legacy Avaya communication systems with state-of-the-art Skype for Business solution, fully integrated with desktop, mobile and global video conference centers resulting in > $15 million of cumulative savings over four years.
Zencon consultants partnered with Dubai’s low-cost airline personnel to drive various strategic projects including airport development (Dubai World Central), passenger reservation system, disruption planning, premier class product and hub management.
